Des Moines HS's Muñóz Snaps Up Player of the Week Monday, April 24th , 2051 Bret Muñóz of Des Moines HS was a smashing success this week, winning the Player of the Week Award in the High School NL. He hit everything the pitchers threw at him, hammering them for a .571 batting average, going 12 for 21 with 4 home runs, 10 RBIs and scoring 10 times.
