Moss Gone for Season in Santa Ana HS Saturday, April 29th , 2051 It took the Santa Ana HS team doctor a while to realize it, but reliever Alan Moss won't simply play through a torn labrum after he got hurt throwing a pitch in today's Chiefs-Braves game. At first, it looked like Moss might be back as early as tomorrow, but now the prognosis isn't quite so good; he's expected to miss at least 13-14 months. This season Moss has made 6 relief appearances with no saves. His won-lost record is 1-0 with a 6.94 ERA. |
