Alpines Come up Short of Playoffs Wednesday, May 3rd , 2051 While they stayed relevant until late in the season, a playoff berth wasn't meant to be this season for the Vancouver HS Alpines. The club was eliminated from playoff contention today. "Even though we knew where things stood, it's a disappointment," Alpines manager Tony O'Bryan said. Vancouver HS last appeared in the postseason in 2048. This is their 3rd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 16 times in their 17-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Alpines have only made the playoffs once. Vancouver HS last won the HS Title Round in 2048. |
