Hits Galore: Ramos Drills 5 Hits Friday, June 23rd , 2051 San Juan first baseman Germán Ramos had a day to remember today, 5-for-6 against the Quincy Doughboys at Ballpark of Sunrise Manor as the Tigres picked up a 16-11 victory. "He was patient up there today," San Juan skipper Augusto Baca told the press after the game. "I like the way he waited for his pitch and wasn't overly aggressive. Ramos has a tendency to chase bad balls sometimes." Germán Ramos struck out in the 2nd, singled in the 4th, hit a two-run home run off Tony Colón in the 5th, doubled in the 7th, hit a three-run home run off Bob Graham in the 8th and hit a solo-shot off Ignacio Ciasca in the 9th.
