Pace Hits 3 Homers Against Crandon Friday, July 7th , 2051 Daniel Pace showed off his power today as he launched three balls into the seats against the Crandon Cardinals and sparked the Eagle Squadron to a 12-11 victory. "I got some good pitches to hit and turned on them real good," he told reporters in the postgame interview. "I have always liked to hit at Eagle Squadron Ballpark." For the day, Pace collected 3 hits in 5 at-bats, scored 3 runs and had 3 RBIs. "He was instant offense today," Roy skipper said. "Daniel really put on a show." Daniel Pace hit a solo-shot off William Mason in the 2nd, hit a solo-shot off William Mason in the 3rd, flied out in the 4th, grounded out in the 6th, walked in the 8th and hit a solo-shot off Mike Anderson in the 10th. So far on the season Pace is hitting .201 with 10 home runs, 30 RBIs and 24 runs scored. He has 56 hits and played in 77 games. |
