Red-Hot Rampage Reaps JCL Reward Monday, July 31st , 2051 Steve Smith of the Columbia Mavericks had an outstanding week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the Jeff Cole League. For the week the 20-year-old second baseman batted .517 (15-for-29) with 6 home runs and 11 RBIs. For the year Smith has hit .304 with 12 home runs, 36 RBIs and scored 47 runs. |
