The club's efforts at building a championship contender fell short this year, as the team was officially eliminated from playoff contention today. The Cardinals have missed the playoffs 23 times in their 26 years as a BSA Rookie League franchise. This playoff miss is the club's 17th in a row, with their last postseason appearance coming in 2034. |
