Red-Hot González JCL Player of the Week Monday, August 28th , 2051 It was announced today that Wrexham left fielder Manny González snagged the Jeff Cole League Player of the Week Award for his outstanding play last week. He posted a .536 batting average as he collected 15 hits, 5 home runs and 9 RBIs. Thus far this year González has hit .309 with 23 home runs and 84 RBIs. |
