MBL Best Hitter Award to Charleston's Stanley Klein Friday, September 1st , 2051 At only 22 years of age, Stanley Klein could very well have many more months like this last one during his career. That would be great news for fans of the Charleston Townies, as August was one to remember for the third baseman and he has captured the Mike Bryant League Batter of the Month award. On the month he hit .348 with 10 home runs, 31 RBIs and 20 runs scored. Thus far in 2051 Klein is hitting .328 with 15 home runs, 40 RBIs, 39 runs scored and has compiled a .464 OBP. |
