Morgan 5-for-5 Against Quincy Sunday, July 26th , 2054 Dave Morgan of the Surveyors was unstoppable in his team's 23-8 victory over the Quincy Doughboys at Ballpark of Sunrise Manor. He battered them for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. "Boy, I was on the mark today," said the Ellicott City shortstop after the game. "I could see the ball real well. It's a great feeling to do this. And besides, 5-for-5 won't hurt your batting average like 0-for-5 will." Dave Morgan hit an RBI single in the 1st, hit an RBI single in the 2nd, walked in a run in the 4th, was hit by a pitch in the 5th, doubled in the 7th, hit an RBI single in the 8th and hit a three-run home run off Jake Willis in the 9th.
