Davis Selected JCL's Premier Player Saturday, October 7th , 2051 Danny Davis of the Wrexham Dragons had a fine season this year and today he accepted the Most Valuable Player Award for 2051. The 22-year-old right fielder put up a .410 average and a .512 on-base percentage, piling up 129 hits, 20 doubles, 4 triples, 52 home runs, 116 RBIs and 110 runs scored. He received 23 first place votes out of a possible 28. Richard Murphy of the San Juan Tigres finished second in voting with 5 first place votes, while Howard Hamilton of the Washington DC Hot Sauce finished third.
