3-HR Day for Harris Monday, August 28th , 2051 In a powerful performance that left the fans at Ballpark of Amity Gardens buzzing, Brunswick Squares left fielder Nicholas Harris blasted a trio of home runs en route to a 13-1 win over the Castle Rock Captains. "Everything was clicking," Harris told the press. "My timing was good and I got pitches I could handle and I didn't miss them." Harris shined brilliantly in the win, with 3 hits in 4 at-bats, 4 RBIs and 3 runs scored. "It's not just one guy, it's everybody," Squares manager Pedro Romero said. "Nicholas played great but it takes more than one guy to win a game." Nicholas Harris flied out in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off Roland Lukas in the 3rd, hit a solo-shot off Fred Sharp in the 6th and hit a two-run home run off Ron Pruitt in the 7th. This season Harris has hit at a .350 clip with 5 RBIs, 4 home runs and 6 runs scored. |
